He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and/or General Manager of important banking companies (positions mainly held in DEPObank, Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Banca Popolare di Milano). He managed relaunch and restructuring plans which involved business transformation, change management, asset disposal plans, reorganizations and recapitalization operations. Fabrizio has also held the role of liquidator of the cooperative banks of Veneto, maintaining intense relationships with Italian and European institutions (BKI, ECB, Consob, MEF, etc.).

Fabio Cassi is a founding partner of CAP with over 25 years of experience in the financial consulting sector.
Fabio has a great track record in the restructuring sector, having assisted numerous industrial and financial companies, in complex turnaround transactions.
Fabio also held the role of director or auditor in large companies, both performing and in a financial distress situation, with a high financial debt (even over one billion euros). Fabio has also assisted numerous companies in M&A transactions, whether sell side or buy side. In the past, he also held the positions of CFO of a large group, CEO of a service company with over 400 employees and was the founder president of a cooperative credit bank.

Matteo Pattavina is a founding partner of CAP with over 15 years of experience in the financial consulting sector. Matteo has gained significant experience in corporate crisis management by assisting medium , large companies and complex groups in the preparation and negotiation of restructuring plans. Matteo also has consolidated experience in M&A processes with a particular focus on operations in distressed contexts and with the entry of national and international investors. In the past Matteo followed projects such as independent business review or business planning, cash flow forecasting and financial due diligence.
